Working on more Elements. Here's Beryllium, which is found in all sorts of precious stones (emeralds, aquamarine, etc.). After she escapes the labs she pretty much has no one, so she sits on the streets trying to sell the stones that she makes. People don't really buy them because they think that a) they're fake, or b) she stole them. Then this pawn shop guy comes along (HAHA IT'S ALONZO THE CREEPER) and, after realizing the stones are legit, takes her into his care. Aka, he provides her with food, clothes, and shelter, but he also makes her make precious stones that he can pawn off.
